Russia will send crude oil and fuel to Cuba, says Russian newspaper

He was responding to a question about reports of jet fuel shortages and whether this could affect Russian tourists wanting to leave Cuba, a historic ally of Moscow. Russia’s ambassador to Cuba, Viktor Coronelli, told Russian state agency RIA Novosti last week that Moscow has repeatedly supplied oil to Cuba in recent years and will continue to do so.
