Russia: sending troops from Europe to Ukraine would prolong war

Representatives from the United States will meet with Ukrainian government authorities this Thursday (26) to try to reach an agreement that will end the conflict, which has just completed 4 years. Before the meeting, eight regions of Ukraine were the target of Russian attacks.
