In December, Robert Jr. pleaded guilty to eight out of 14 charges, including assault and violating a pretrial protective order obtained by his estranged wife Alexiana Arian Smokoff21, according to court documents obtained by People. Six misdemeanor charges were dismissed with prejudice.
During RHOSLC‘s season six reunion last month, Mary said she was “not worried” about her son despite his troubled past.
“I know he’s somewhere where he’s not using,” she shared. “At some point, I have to step back so that he can learn and he can make his own decisions, and unfortunately, he’s learning the hard way. But I’m OK with it.”
