Finnish company Patria Group released the first images of its new TRACKX all-terrain tracked armored vehicle during field tests, marking the model’s public debut in real-world operations.

New generation platform
The TRACKX armored personnel carrier was officially introduced in June 2024 and was developed by the multinational FAOM program, funded by the European Defense Fund. The project involves collaboration with industrial partners and participating countries, with series production scheduled to begin in 2027.
According to Patria, this platform is designed to replace obsolete armored vehicles such as the M113 and MT-LB, offering greater mobility, protection and operational flexibility.
