In 2025, an average of 42 cases of femicide were judged per day, an increase of 17% compared to the previous year.
In total, there were 15,453 trials covered by the Feminicide Law, which considers the death of women due to disregard or discrimination regarding their gender condition.
Last year, the Judiciary received 11,883 new cases — an average of 32 per day and an increase of 16% compared to 2024.
