The minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, authorized deputy Guilherme Derrite (PP-SP) to visit former president Jair Bolsonaro in the prison unit known as Papudinha, on February 25th. The decision was handed down this Monday (16) and responded to a request presented by Bolsonaro’s defense. According to the order, the meeting should take place between 8 am and 10 am.
Derrite, who previously held the position of Secretary of Public Security in the government of São Paulo, currently works in the Chamber of Deputies and is the rapporteur of a project aimed at combating criminal factions.
