Mercedes-Benz is planning to release a range of new cars to expand and refresh its vehicle portfolio. Of the 16 planned launches, seven are expected to happen in the coming months.
According to Engine1which shared slides from an official company document, the launches will cover everything from entry-level vehicles to top-of-the-line flagship models.

This year alone, the brand plans to launch 16 new vehicles, with the same number scheduled for 2027. Combustion engine models make up the majority, but several new or updated electric vehicles are also expected to join the lineup by the end of next year.
While Mercedes has not shared exactly which models are planned, speculation suggests that one of the largest will be the updated Maybach S-Classexpected in the coming months, considering that the S-Class refresh was announced in January.

The other top combustion model is the already hinted G-Class Cabriolet or something with an AMG badge, such as a V8-powered CLE. On the electric side, the two likely debuts for this year are updates to the EQS and EQS SUV.
In the Core segment, the C-Class sedan is expected to receive a mid-cycle refresh alongside an updated wagon. Finally, at the entry level, the next-generation GLA is expected later this year, accompanied by a 100% electric version with the “EQ Technology” suffix.

More information is expected to be released by the brand soon. So far, Mercedes has already confirmed a smaller G-Class and a new base model to replace the A-Classwith the latter coming as a mix between a minivan and an SUV rather than a hatchback.
