Students in Iran started a new wave of protests against the Ayatollah’s government. The acts began on Saturday (21) and led to clashes at several universities in the country. There is still no information about deaths, injuries or arrests.
The new wave of demonstrations comes just over a month after the Iranian regime’s repression, which left thousands of protesters dead during anti-government protests that broke out in the country. This time, the acts take place under the surveillance of North American warships that have moved to the Middle East.
United States President Donald Trump has demanded nuclear negotiations with Iran and threatens to attack the country if diplomatic negotiations fail. The Iranian government has signaled that it can accept concessions related to its nuclear program, but highlighted its right to defense in the event of a possible US attack.
