Government goes back and drops part of the taxes on imported products

The Executive Management Committee reported, this Friday (27), that it revoked import tariffs on 105 products classified as capital goods and computer and telecommunications goods.

The measure meets a demand from the production sector. On February 6, the Federal Government raised import tariffs for around 1,250 products. Some of the products will have the change applied from March 1st.
