This Thursday (12), the president of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Edson Fachin opened the suspicion procedure against Dias Toffoli. This is the first action that took place after the Banco Master case broke out.
Earlier, Toffoli stated that he does not maintain a friendly relationship nor did he receive payments from Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master and investigated by the Federal Police. The minister also stated that the management of the company involved in the sale of the resort is run by family members. He also acknowledged that he is part of the company’s corporate structure.
