Company with stake in Warner is pushing for abandonment of sales agreement with Netflix, says newspaper

Netflix started offering US$27.75 (R$149.71) per Warner share, with full payment in cash. In the previous proposal, the company provided for the disbursement of US$23.25 (R$125.43) in cash and the remainder in Netflix shares, valued at US$4.50 (R$24.28) per share.
