Cars over 20 years old are exempt from IPVA

IPVA exemption for cars over 20 years old is already in force across the country.

The amendment to the Constitution, approved by the National Congress, standardizes tax exemption. Previously, each state decided whether or not to charge property owners.

Even without the tax, vehicles are still required to maintain licensing and comply with the requirements of the Traffic Code.
