This Friday (20), Jair Bolsonaro’s defense requested the expansion of the former president’s private medical care with psychologist and neuroscientist Ricardo Caiado at the 19th Military Police Battalion of the Federal District, known as Papudinha.
The defense requests authorization for the responsible professional to provide additional medical care in the prison unit where Bolsonaro is serving his sentence.
The request provides that Ricardo Caiado can enter the prison three times a week, without these entries being counted as regular visits.
The intention is to promote non-invasive neuromodulation sessions using cranial electrical stimulation (CES), a therapeutic procedure that uses low-intensity electrical stimuli.
It was also requested that the service take place, preferably, at the end of the day, at a time close to the night’s rest period. The professional must carry the necessary equipment to apply the treatment, described as bilateral ear clips used during sessions.
