The Federal Police launched, on the morning of this Friday (05), the Operation Gray Zonewith the aim of investigating possible irregularities in the management of resources of the Own Social Security Scheme of the State of Amapá. One of the targets is Jocildo Silva Lemospresident of Amapá Previdência.
The investigation involves the application of R$400 million of resources from the State’s Own Social Security Regime in Financial Bills issued by Banco Master, an operation considered high risk.
Federal police officers carry out four search and seizure warrants, issued by the 4th Federal Court of Justice, in the municipality of Macapá.
The investigation examines the approval and execution of investments made by the state authority responsible for managing the RPPS/AP in Financial Bills issued by Banco Master. The crimes of reckless management and fraudulent management are being investigated.
