The Ming’s fraud operations and clandestine casinos raised more than 10 billion yuan (R$7.48 billion) from 2015 to 2023according to China’s Supreme Court, which rejected his appeals in November. The Ming’s crimes led to the deaths of 14 Chinese people, with many others injured, the court said.
