The Il-114-300, equipped with TV7-117ST-01 engines – also from the United Engine Corporation – will take part in the exhibition’s flight program with the passenger cabin installed. The turboprop aircraft was designed to expand regional routes and can operate autonomously on small airfields, short runways and where infrastructure is limited. The aircraft is certified for use in a wide range of climates – from Arctic regions and Siberia to mountainous regions and tropical and subtropical climates.

According to Rostec, India is a strategic partner of Russia with long-term technological cooperation in line with the Make in India policy. India’s UDAN (Ude Desh ka Aam Naagrik) program, aimed at expanding regional air transport and improving accessibility, creates favorable conditions for the commercial potential of the Superjet and Il-114-300 in the local market.
During Wings India 2026, UAC will showcase Russian advances in civil aviation at its booth and participate in panels on the development of the Indian aviation industry. With the support of the Russian Trade Mission in India, technical presentations of the Superjet and the Il-114-300 are planned for professionals and local operators, given the interest expressed by regional airlines.

Wings India 2026 is Asia’s largest event dedicated to civil aviation. It is organized by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, Airports Authority of India (AAI) and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
