US blockade causes Venezuela to reduce oil production

According to Reuters, the company requested production cuts in joint ventures such as Petrolera Sinovensa, owned by CNPC, Petropiar, owned by Chevron, as well as Petroboscan and Petromonagas. Petromangas, previously operated in partnership with the Russian state-owned company Roszarubezhneft, is now managed solely by PDVSA.
