Through social media, American President Donald Trump threatened a major attack against Iran if the country’s government does not choose to negotiate an agreement with the United States.
In his post he said that “a huge armada is on the way” and that “just as in the case of Venezuela, it is ready, willing and able to carry out its mission quickly, with speed and violence.”
The American president advises that the Iranian government “come to the negotiating table as soon as possible” and “reach an agreement without nuclear weapons”. Trump said that “time is running out,”.
The publication came shortly after Iran’s foreign minister stated that Tehran will not negotiate with the United States. The Iranian official also denied Trump’s claim that the Iranian government had already “called several times” to start negotiations.
