Rob Schneider and Patricia Azacorya Schneider are closing a chapter.
The couple have separated after 15 years of marriage, with the Grown Ups actor’s wife filing for divorce, late last year, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
Patricia, 37, originally filed her petition to divorce on Dec. 8, 2025, with Rob, 62, accepting the request four days later. The couple—who share daughters Miranda13, and Madeline8—both agreed to take part in a mandatory parenting course and to a consent decree to keep the exact terms of their divorce private, per the filings.
E! News reached out to Rob for comment.
Rob and Patricia’s last public appearance was a family outing with their daughters at the New York premiere of Happy Gilmore 2 in July. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight at the time, Rob said, “My happy place is any place with my family.”
And sometimes that meant Rob’s happy place extended into his work. After all, the former couple met in 2007 when Rob made an appearance on a show where Patricia was working as a producer, and continued to pursue joint ventures throughout their relationship.
