Jennifer Lawrence Says She Lost Role to Margot Robbie For Not Being “Pretty Enough”
Jennifer Lawrence is curious about what’s in a name.
Especially when it comes to nicknames, as the Die My Love star revealed her friends and family have quite the array of monikers for her that range from sweet to NSFW.
Jennifer admitted to Amy Poehler on the Jan. 20 episode of her Good Hang podcast, she responds to “Floffin, Nitro, Boobs.”
“Boobs Lawrence,” the 35-year-old laughed. “The full government name.”
While she didn’t expand on “Floffin” and “Boobs,” Jennifer did explain where she earned the nickname Nitro.
“My brothers,” she shared. “’Cause I was really hyper and they called me Nitro.”
But there is still one more name her pals have for her: “My friends call me Ken from the Barbie movie, ‘cause ‘I’m just Ken.’”
“I think it’s their way of calling me stupid,” the Oscar winner added. “And so whenever I ask something stupid, they’re like, ‘She’s just Ken.’”
