Every driver has experienced that the car next to them is so close that it is impossible to open the door and get into their vehicle. Luckily this is for owners of the Hyundai Santa Fe no problem.
Filmed in a video shared on TikTok Carter and Alex the moment they found a car practically attached to theirs Hyundai was in an extremely tight parking space.
“What should we do?” Carter asked, calmly analyzing the situation. He then walked forward and revealed that he didn’t even fit in the gap between the two vehicles, making it impossible to open the door and get into the car.
“Yeah, you won’t fit in unless you want to scratch the car,” Alex noted. Fortunately, Carter remembered a very useful feature of modern ones Hyundai-Vehicles: Remote Smart Parking Assist.
“Want to try? Well, apparently we have this feature, but sometimes it doesn’t work,” he said while holding the car key. With a push of a button he activated the function and the car slowly began to drive forward.
Despite the couple’s doubts, the feature worked as intended and the Santa Fe was able to successfully exit the tight parking space. “I think, Hyundais can be useful,” Alex reflected at the end of the clip.
The video has already garnered over 5 million views and hundreds of comments from netizens who were shocked by the scene. “Incredible! This parking lot needs to widen its spaces. They’re way too narrow,” one TikTok user commented.
