Spots on the Republican’s skin, particularly on his hands, have been seen since at least July 2025 — and raise suspicions about health problems and treatments he may be undergoing. Trump launches ‘Peace Council’ at the World Economic Forum in Davos “I don’t want thick blood to circulate in my heart,” he said. The painkiller is known to fluidize the blood, making it less thick. Observers point to persistent bruises on his right hand, swollen ankles and difficulty keeping his eyes open at public events.
