A new balance released by the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC), on Monday night (19), recorded that more than 600 thousand people have already requested reimbursement from the FGC. Of these, 400 thousand completed the complete process.
The FGC estimates that 800,000 Banco Master creditors are entitled to a refund. Payments will be made in a single installment, for those who invested in Bank Credit Certificates (CDBs) from the bank. The ceiling will be R$250,000 per CPF or CNPJ.
After complaints of instability, the Guarantee Fund reported that the application operates normally and processes, on average, 11 thousand requests per hour. But it clarifies that with so many accesses, the platform may be slow.
