An armored capsule of a ground-based robotic complex (NRK) was used to rescue a wounded Ukrainian soldier during evacuation from an infantry position after an enemy FPV drone attack.
The operation was part of the mission called “Fixy,” according to the First Separate Medical Battalion.
According to the battalion, the soldier was injured when an enemy drone was dropped and remained immobilized in an infantry position, unable to move under his own power. The route to the evacuation point passed through an area heavily saturated with enemy forces, making the use of traditional rescue methods impossible.

Given the situation, the command decided to deploy a ground-based robotics complex with an armored capsule. The total planned route was 58 kilometers, of which 29 kilometers were in one direction. After loading the wounded man, the system registered the presence of an enemy drone, after which the team increased the speed to the maximum possible.
Around four kilometers after the start of the deployment, on the second attempt, the ground robot was hit by an enemy FPV drone. Nevertheless, the soldier was immediately rescued from the damaged capsule by members of a nearby unit and received immediate medical attention.

According to the statement, the use of the armored capsule prevented the wounded man from sustaining further injuries upon impact. The soldier is now receiving treatment in the next stage of the medical evacuation chain. The mission lasted a total of 3 hours and 25 minutes. The average speed of the NRK was 18 km/h, with a peak of 38 km/h, and the damaged robotics complex was also recovered.
