The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated this Wednesday (24) that a new preliminary proposal to end the Russian invasion, negotiated between Kiev and Washington, does not require Ukraine to formally renounce membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) military alliance.
