Russian Helicopters holding has completed the delivery of a new batch of multi-purpose Mi-8MTV-1 helicopters to three Russian airlines, increasing transport accessibility in the Far North and Far East regions of the country.

The aircraft were supplied within the scope of the GTLC investment project, which aims to renew the national helicopter fleet.

Designed to operate in almost all climatic conditions, the Mi-8MTV-1 offers reliable performance over a wide temperature range from −50 °C to +50 °C. Helicopters can be equipped with additional fuel tanks, each with a capacity of 915 liters; This significantly increases flight range. This feature is critical for missions in large geographies and regions with limited infrastructure.
