In Hinduism, present mainly in India, the calendar is marked by festivals linked to different deities and energies, such as Diwali, Holi and Krishna Janmashtami. Christmas is not part of this tradition, just like in Taoism and Shintoism, in which December 25th has, at most, a commercial nature.
