The company of PT national secretary, Luiz Felipe Brandão de Mello, received more than 11 million reais from intermediaries involved in INSS fraud, according to data from Coaf.
The body identified that Datacore Informática, of which Ricardo Bimbo Troccoli is a partner, was among the companies that received the most transfers from ADS between 2023 and 2024. ADS is identified as one of the main operators of the scheme that facilitated irregular retirements.
In the same period, Troccoli also benefited directly. He received 320 thousand reais from ADS in personal accounts, according to the records analyzed.
The transfers came onto the authorities’ radar because ADS acted as an intermediary for associations investigated for fraud against the INSS.
