Miles Teller was ready to fly with Keleigh Sperry Teller from the moment he met her.
The Top Gun: Maverick star shared rare insight into how he met his now-wife, revealing exactly what was going through his mind during the fateful 2013 outing.
“It was Grammys week in LA. We were both at this Black Keys party,” Miles revealed on the Nov. 10 episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live. “I just saw her and visually, I was like, ‘Well, that’s the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen.'”
“And I was very confident at that age. Very overconfident,” the 38-year-old continued. “I hit on her and it I think it went OK. It went well enough. I went outside and I thought I bombed kind of my opening to her, and then I saw her come outside and like, look for me. I got back and then I started dancing with her.”
And that’s when Miles made his second big move.
“I tried to kiss her,” he admitted, “and she’s like, ‘No, I just met you.’ But I thought she gave me the look like, ‘This is OK.'”
