It was a fairytale outing for Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas.
The Once Upon a Time alums were the toast of the red carpet at the Zootopia 2 premiere in Los Angeles on Nov. 13 for one very important reason: They were joined by children Oliver10, and Hugo8, which marked their sons’ first-ever red carpet outing.
“My family is here,” Ginnifer exclusively told E! News on the Zootopia 2 red carpet. “We have never let our children go to Hollywood anything. We’re very private.”
And the Something Borrowed star admitted that the milestone step required some convincing.
“They campaigned to come,” Ginnifer shared, “and we were like, ‘You’re right.'”
And while she described the premiere as “an opportunity for us to celebrate this altogether as a family,” the actress also said it wouldn’t change her and her husband’s approach to parenting.
“We’ve explained to them we’re still not going to be posting about them,” she said, “and they’re not allowed to Google themselves.”
Ginnifer and Josh—who married in 2014—have mostly opted to keep their sons out of the spotlight, but as Ginnifer explained, Oliver and Hugo were set on coming to the premiere of the Zootopia sequel because they are huge fans of the original 2016 cartoon.
