The defense of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) requested authorization for the former president to receive visits from his wife, Michelle Bolsonaro (PL), and his children at the Federal Police Superintendence in Brasília.
The request was filed by lawyers this Saturday afternoon (22), around 4:40 pm.
“Jair Bolsonaro, through his lawyers that he endorses, in the records of the aforementioned criminal action, respectfully comes to the presence of Your Excellency, in compliance with what was determined in the decision that decreed his preventive detention, to request that his wife and children be authorized to visit the Petitioner”, says the petition.
Michelle was fulfilling PL Mulher’s schedule in Fortaleza when she found out about her husband’s preventive arrest. She canceled her participation in a party event in Caucaia, in the metropolitan region, and returned to Brasília.
