She was saved at the last moment by a guard who was there and pulled her by the arm back to the platform. (See the video above) The woman was crossing the train line outside the pedestrian crossing and was wearing headphones at the time of the incident, according to the Kayseri Transport Authority, which released security camera footage. “A moment of distraction could have turned into great sadness (…) thanks to the quick reflexes of the security guard on duty, the young woman was prevented from entering the tracks and escaped a possible accident”, stated the ministry. The driver braked quickly and managed to stop the train, but the passenger was already safe. She was not injured in the incident.
