Key responsibilities of this role include coordinating race team logistics including travel, accommodation, freight, and equipment movements for WEC events and liaising with suppliers, championship organisers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

You will have prior experience in motorsport operations, logistics, or team coordination in a category such as GT, F1, WEC or similar.

Radical Motorsport is looking for an Engine Workshop Manager.

You will be responsible for workshop standards, technical quality, training/skills development, dyno operations, scheduling and continuous improvement as well as completing engine builds and refreshes when required.

Candidates will have hands-on experience building/rebuilding/tuning petrol (motorcycle) engines.
