Rise and shine! Kylie Jenner is making her acting debut.
The Kardashians star has been cast in a new A24 movie starring Charli XCX called The Momentthe singer confirmed in a teaser shared to Instagram Oct. 9.
In addition to playing the lead role in the film, Charli also contributed to the creative process, with the story being “based on an original idea” by her. Aanan Zamiriwho is also set to direct the project, and Bertie Brandes turned the concept into a screenplay.
And Kylie isn’t the only familiar face to join forces with Charli for the film. Alexander Skarsgård, Rachel Sennott, Rosanna Arquette and Kate Berlant have also all signed on. Plus, Rish Shah, Jamie Demetriou, Arielle Dombasle, Hailey Benton Gates, Trew Mullen, Mel Ottenberg, Richard Perez, Isaac Powell, Tish Weinstock and Michael Workéyè have earned parts in the project.
As for what character Kylie will portray in the story? That’s still being kept under wraps.
