Iran reveals the combat drone Shahed-149 “Gaza” with a range of 4,000 km

Iran has recently revealed a new long-range combat drone, called Shahed-149 “Gaza”, developed by the guardians of the Islamic Revolution (IRGC).

The unmanned aircraft was designed for strategic missions and has characteristics that place it among the world’s main military drones systems.

According to the information released by Iranian official channels, Gaza has an autonomy of up to 35 flight hours, reaching cruise speeds greater than 300 km/h.

Its operational scope is estimated at 4,000 km, which means that it can achieve objectives beyond regional borders, including Israellocated approximately 2,300 km from the Iranian territory.

Attack capacity

The drone can transport a payload of up to 500 kg, including between 12 and 13 precision guided bombs, such as SADID-345. In a single mission it is able to launch up to 12 bombs, reinforcing the offensive potential of the Iranian forces.
