A large fire hits a warehouse in the Liberdade neighborhood, in the central region of São Paulo (SP), this Thursday (16). The recyclable materials deposit was isolated by the Fire Department, which called in nine vehicles to fight the flames. For now, there is no information about injuries or records of victims.
The properties close to the fire are residential and are being cooled by firefighters so that the fire does not spread. According to reports from residents, the smoke column can also be seen in neighboring neighborhoods. The flames have already destroyed part of the structure’s roof.
