Australia has received a new batch of helicopters UH-60M Black Hawkstrengthening its tactical transport fleet.
According to the Australian Ministry of Defence, two new multi-purpose helicopters have been delivered to reinforce the country’s Army aviation units.
The helicopter arrived at Richmond Air Force Base in New South Wales using a United States Air Force C-17 Globemaster III transport aircraft.

With this delivery, the Australian Army now has 17 of a planned total of 40 UH-60M Black Hawks, which will gradually replace the fleet MRH-90 Typhoon which is considered obsolete.
