Australia is newer UH-60M Black Hawk received helicopters, further strengthening its tactical transport fleet.

According to the Australian Ministry of Defense, two new multi-purpose helicopters have arrived in the country, which are intended to equip the air units of the ground forces.
The aircraft arrived at the Royal Australian Air Force Base in Richmond, New South Wales, aboard a US Air Force C-17 Globemaster III transport aircraft.

With this delivery, the Australian Army already has 17 UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters out of a planned 40, which will gradually replace the obsolete MRH-90 Typhoon fleet. The replacement program is part of a comprehensive modernization plan for Australian military aviation that runs until 2030.

The new helicopters improve troop mobility and provide greater capacity for rapid transport of personnel, equipment and rescue operations in combat environments.
