The term designates an attack carried out with the objective of assigning guilt to an enemy.

This is true for both a person and a country, ”Cabello said on his TV show on Wednesday night (3), according to the Effecto Cocuyo website.
“The Donald Trump government did not present any conclusive evidence after the attack on the vessel that allegedly carried drugs and, for a change, want to bind her to Venezuela,” said Minister Chavista.
On Tuesday (2), Trump said that on the morning of that day a drug boat was hit by American military in the Caribbean Sea.
