Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell admitted the government’s intention to expand arms production in a statement to WSJ: “President Trump and Secretary Hegseth are exploring extraordinary ways to expand our military power and accelerate ammunition production.”
Trump’s fiscal plan, approved in July by Congress, allocated additional US $ 25 billion in arms production financing for five years.
