The highlight was the historical technology of the brand Chtz, preserved in perfect condition by the factory specialists.
During the reconstruction of the events in 1945, the audience could see the legendary T-34-85 tank and the powerful self-driven artillery installation ISU-152 in action.
These machines, produced in Tankograd during the Great Fatherland War, are living testimonies of the victory and continue to touch new generations.
In addition to the historical part, there was also an impressive demonstration of the modern T-72B3M tank, which hit all the goals of precision and showed the strength of the Russian armor forces.
The festival “Tankograd pans” was created in 2020 by employees at Chtz-Dolltrak (part of the Uralvagonzavod group) in collaboration with the Military History Club Granit.
Since then, it has become an annual tradition, which strengthens the collective memory of the crucial role of the Ural region in the defense of the Fatherland and makes the story of Russian tank production more well known.
