Rostec released exclusive images of the new heavy fire-fighting drone tests, the KVV-1, during the Drone Expo 2025 forum, held in Kazan.
The equipment was presented by the radio -electronic radio technologies and has already shown its effectiveness in tests with experts from one of potential customers. Serial production is scheduled to start in 2026.

The KVV-1 has 85 kg own weight and can carry up to 85 kg of payload. Its main innovation is the direct connection with fire trucks through a hose, allowing you to launch an extinguishing mixture to a height of up to 150 meters.
Operating time varies according to the power source:
- Up to 25 minutes using batteries;
- Up to 72 hours when connected to a cable power source.

The drone is equipped with:
- Collisions Prevention System;
- 30x zoom stabilized camera;
