The São Paulo Public Prosecution Service (MPSP) requested the temporary departure from Augusto Melo, Duílio and Andrés Sanches, from any board, whether deliberative or guidance, Corinthians.
The request does not yet confirm the immediate removal of the three former presidents, requiring the action of the current board of Corinthians. The prosecution claims that they can intimidate witnesses and hide evidence during the investigation.
Augusto Melo, Duílio and Andrés Sanches are investigated for non -declared personal spending using the club’s account during 2018 and 2025.
