Italian designer Giorgio Armani died at age 91, this Thursday (4). The information was released by the company.
“With infinite sadness, the Armani group announces the death of its creator, founder and tireless motthe strength: Giorgio Armani,” the fashion house said in a statement.
Armani was synonymous with modern Italian style and elegance. He combined the talent of a designer with the insight of a businessman, running a company that earned about 2.4 billion euros ($ 2.7 billion) a year.
