The Constitution and Justice Commission (CCJ) of the House of Representatives will begin, next week, the hearish phase in the process of revoking the mandate of Deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP). The first session is scheduled for Wednesday (10), when Walter Delgatti Neto will be heard, known as the “Araraquara Hacker” and Michel Spiero, technical assistant of the parliamentary defense.
Among the witnesses listed by the defense are the judicial expert Eduardo Tagliaferro and the pocketist blogger Oswaldo Eustáquio. The goal is to reinforce the thesis that Zambelli undergoes political persecution.
Zambelli’s cassation process was sent to the CCJ in June by the mayor, Hugo Motta. After the commission’s analysis, the case will be taken to the Plenary of the Chamber of Deputies. For the cassation to be approved, it takes 257 favorable votes.
