Supreme Federal Court (STF) Minister Cristiano Zanin marked the trial of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) and defendants of the so-called crucial nucleus of criminal action on the attempted coup against the democratic rule of law.
The extraordinary sessions were scheduled for the 2, 3, 9, 10 and 12 September. The sessions run from 9am to 12pm. And on days 2, 9 and 12, there will also be sessions from 14h to 19h.
The decision complies with a request from Minister Alexandre de Moraes, who requested the definition of the date of the trial. The case is in the first class of the Supreme Court, chaired by Zanin.
In addition to the central core, which involves the former president, three other nuclei also respond criminally.
