The exercise demonstrated the integration of the Turkish defense industry: STM was the main contractor of the frigate, the Roketsan developed Hi̇sar-D RF missile and the Mi̇dlas system, while the Aselsan supplied the Cenk and Akreep radar and the fire management system.
The fighting management was handled by the Advent system from Havelsan.
According to officials of the defense industrial president (SSB), the Turky’s ability to develop complete naval military solutions confirms national missiles, sensors and command systems.
In the future, it is planned to integrate atmaca cruiser missiles, long-range si̇per block i-missiles and torpedo arms into Mi̇dlas, which will significantly expand the Turkish Marine’s fighting capacity.
