“The parties never entered into any ‘Settlement’ at all,” the petition read, “and everything that either party received in the divorce (finalized on July 1, 2024) was awarded by the Court.”
Elsewhere in the document, Teyana alleged that she had her attorney contact her ex’s and ask him “to stop or curtail the public dissemination of information.”
But according to the actress, Iman “would pretend that he had no idea how the stories about the divorce case leaked.”
For his part, Iman accused Teyana of violating terms of their divorce agreement by speaking publicly on the matter in a March Instagram video, which a judge agreed with, saying per docs obtained by Us Weekly“The court finds [Taylor] in violation of the Final Judgment and Decree of Divorce and is in willful contempt.”
She was ordered to pay $70,000 for his legal fees.
