Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have started a new chapter in their love story.
The “Blank Space” singer appeared on the Kansas City Chief tight end and his brother Jason Kelce‘s New Heights podcast for the first time ever, revealing that she had epically fumbled a question about football during their first date two years ago.
“On our first date, I legitimately asked him what it was like when the Chiefs played the Eagles in the Super Bowl and he looked across the field,” Taylor shared on the Aug. 13 episode, “and saw his brother standing five feet away from him on the field.”
Now realizing that it was an “insane question” to ask since the brothers were never on the field at the same time due to their player positions, she recalled how Travis “didn’t even look at me.”
“He was like, ‘Actually, I’m on the offense and my brother is on the offense. I’m only on the field the same time as the defense,'” she said, noting how Travis sweetly explained to her how the game works. “I thought everyone was on there at the same time.”
