The Federal Supreme Court (STF) resumes work this Friday (01) with a ceremony that marks the opening of the judiciary after the recess. The session must also have demonstrations of support to Minister Alexandre de Moraes, sanctioned by the United States Government with the Magnitsky Law.
The return of activities will also have the resumption of judgments in the court plenary. At the session, the microphones will be open for possible speeches of the magistrates. In addition to Barroso and Moraes who have prepared speeches, Minister Luiz Fux also signaled that he intends to talk about his colleague and the institution.
The presence of 11 ministers in the resumption of activities and at least three guidelines for trial is planned.
